Jackson Berridge joined Housing Forward as a Policy Associate following his work with the organization and the City of Tulsa through the 2025 Urban Leaders Fellowship Program. During his fellowship, Jackson collaborated closely with Housing Forward and the Tulsa Mayor’s Office to advance housing-related research and advocacy aimed at addressing key challenges facing the city.

Prior to his work in Tulsa, Jackson served in Denver with a City Councilwoman, where he supported policy initiatives focused on reducing systemic inequities in community engagement and urban development.

Jackson holds an MA in International Development from the University of Denver, with a specialization in Urban Policy. He earned his BA in Political Science from Fort Lewis College, with minors in Economics and Peace & Conflict Studies.

A proud Coloradoan, Jackson enjoys backpacking, camping, and spending time outdoors. He is passionate about applying his education and experience to influence progress toward equity, justice, and sustainability through housing policy and advocacy.
