Housing Forward’s Executive Director joined experts from across Tulsa in a panel yesterday discussing the root causes of the housing shortage facing our region and its impact on homelessness.

Housing Forward released a report today that includes guidance on how the City of Tulsa can best modify and improve its permitting, zoning and community engagement processes.

Housing Forward, a new nonprofit, non-partisan effort to advance solutions to Oklahoma’s housing crisis, is pleased to announce Tyler Parette as the Founding Executive Director. With a deep passion for data-driven solutions and a strong background in policy and housing services, Parette brings a wealth of experience to this pivotal role.

In December 2024, more than 150 Tulsans gathered at the Greenwood Cultural Center to learn about Housing Partnership Network.

HPN, which has fueled nearly $172 billion in affordable housing and community facilities across the country, has chosen Tulsa as its third major partner city.
